I'm going to be honest. I know a little bit about the casino business, and it's not that great. Stories are fun to write, but knowing the reality behind some of these industries makes them not so great to write. it takes a certain type of person to function and be successful in every type of business, and I'm not drawn to the type of person it takes to run a casino. As much as I love the aesthetic, and definitely the aesthetic they applied to the osomatsu franchise, real life casino owners are worse sleeve balls and leeches than the neets the new team made the sextuplets out to be. I just need to get into the fact that I'm more down with them being gang members than I am with them being casino owners. At least gang members have a sense of community security.
